Young people have the opportunity to meet and make new friends from around the United States, and the world.- shopping malls are replaced with beaches
and mountain trails - video games with a fly tying vice and a fly rod
- cameras replace the T.V. remote capturing the exhilarating
natural beauty of Kodiak - and cell phones are replaced with camp fire conversation
Kodiak Pathways provides a safe yet exhilarating venue. The wonders of nature, so abundant on Kodiak, will have an inspiring impact on each of our students.

Kodiak Pathways is located on Alaska's Kodiak Island, and more specifically on the pristine shoreline of Kalsin Bay, approximately 24 miles from town on the Chiniak highway. Kodiak is called Alaska´s Emerald Jewel. It´s mountains are a lush green rising from the deep, blue waters of the Pacific, and capped year round with snow. The abundance of plant, animal and sea life, in concert with the archeological and historical sites found on Kodiak Island, speaks directly to ones sense of renewed life. |
Oh, it's heavy.
